Compiling dbus-glib-0.94

Hello,

Ive compiled and installed the glib-2.28.8 on LINUX in the 
/opt/glib-2.28.8 directory.

How to set the parameters and environment variables for configure of the 
*dbus-glib-0.94* so that the correct libraries are found?

The configure finds the old dbus library from /usr/lib
