DBUS_VERBOSE is not taken into account anymore (Windows)

Hey

i still  try to use dbus on Windows (and still unsuccessfully...). I
installed with MSYS/MinGW dbus 1.4.12. (./ configure && make install)

in an MSYS terminal, or in a command shell, i run:

set DBUS_VERBOSE=1
dbus-daemon.exe --session

In both case, nothing is displayed
