dbus-python: support for Windows and OS X

This is actually the right thread for this topic - the title
 "A dbus.mainloop.NativeMainLoop instance is required" comes from the problems 
I encountered when trying to use dbus-python/Qt Mainloop on a Windows system.

I plan to make a release of my D-Bus based software soon, so I am also still 
desperately looking for a solution to make it also work under Windows.
I'll bring this topic up in the PyQt4 mailing list, maybe Phil will implement 
the necessary changes in PyQt.
