DBUS_USE_OUTPUT_DEBUG_STRING not managed by autotools

Hey,

cmake files manage DBUS_USE_OUTPUT_DEBUG_STRING for debug output on Windows,
but the autotools are not. Is it normal or should an option be added to
configure ?
