Changes to the unix socket libraries

Hello,

I have made changes to the unix socket library downloaded 
from  http://www.matthew.ath.cx/projects/java/. Since this library is licensed 
under GNU LGPL I should submit the patch and potentially check-in the code 
changes. However I am not sure how and where should I submit the patch. Could 
you please advise?
