dbus over tcp

Hello All,
 
I´ve read in mails distribution the use of dbus over tcp for a communication between a host and a target.
The orignal topic was covered by Schmottlach, Glenn at 2008-08-06.
I think he uses Python script on host to communicate with services on target.
-There was an issue with the ANONYMOUS authenticatzion, but I suppose it is already solved in latest dbus releases?
-Does anyone have a howto about this topic?. (I can´t find the original post.)
