Whats the difference between Interface and Method?

An interface contains methods.

It's like asking the difference between a cookie and a packet of cookies. Also 
note that, after you eat the cookies, the packet of cookies contains 0 cookies 
(an interface can contain 0 methods, though I don't recommend eating them).
