dbus-python cmake

I need python-dbus on windows. So I started a cmake port over there:

Currently it does only build & test on linux. I'll get to build & test 
on windows now. Installing should be trivial.

For testing on windows I first need to either get a bash or to port the 
testsuite to cmake/pure python. Dunno how long this will take.


Please let me know, what you think and feel free to merge if you think 
my work is useful.
