The “little-known facts about bananas” release.

This is a stable-branch release with various minor bugfixes. The most
significant is that we now use a slightly less restrictive definition
of valid UTF-8, matching GLib 2.36 (GNOME 3.8). This will be
documented in the D-Bus Specification v0.21, which I hope to release
tomorrow as part of dbus 1.7.2.

• Following Unicode Corrigendum #9, the noncharacters U+nFFFE, U+nFFFF,
  U+FDD0..U+FDEF are allowed in UTF-8 strings again.
