Shouldn't gerror_to_dbus_error_message check for both DBUS_GERROR and DBUS_GERROR_REMOTE_EXCEPTION?

That version suffers from CVE-2010-1172, CVE-2013-0292 and lots of crash
bugs. I strongly recommend upgrading, or not using it (preferably both).
If you got this version from a distribution, either talk to your vendor
about backporting fixes or upgrade to something more modern.
