D-Bus Bugzilla default assignee (action required for all D-Bus maintainers)

Hi,
We now have the following setup for D-Bus bugs on bugs.freedesktop.org:

* The default assignee is "D-Bus Maintainers" <dbus at maint.invalid>.
  The observant will notice that this is is not a real email address.
  However, anyone can ask to get its bugmail as described below.
* The default QA contact is the same.

If you are actively working on a bug - whether you're a maintainer or
some other contributor - please assign it to yourself, but leave the QA
contact set to dbus at maint.invalid so that maintainers can keep an overview.

If you want to receive bugmail about all D-Bus bugs, here's how. D-Bus
maintainers, and people who want to become D-Bus maintainers: please do
this.

* Log in to your freedesktop Bugzilla account
* Follow this link:
  <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email>
* Near the bottom of the page, look for a section headed "User Watching"
* Type dbus at maint.invalid into the "Add users to my watch list" box
* Click "Submit Changes"

You can stop watching the D-Bus bugmail on the same page.

For non-public security issues, the reporter should tick the "D-BUS
security group -- upstream and vendors" box when they open the bug.
People watching dbus at maint.invalid will not get notified about
non-public security bugs unless they are in that group.
