Some imminent changes for dbus-1.9

I have a bunch of rather significant changes queued up and going through
review for dbus 1.9. If anyone has reasons why one of these is a
terrible idea, please say before it's too late.

Making dbus-monitor --system actually work:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46787
(this already landed, in 1.9.10)

Generic (LSM-agnostic) Linux security labels, superseding
GetConnectionSELinuxContext:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89041

Optional user-session bus scope:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61303
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61301

and I will hopefully be rebasing and resurrecting this branch at some
point, to make everything link to the shared libdbus-1.so instead of
some tools incorporating a copy of it statically:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83115

Also, if anyone has an opinion on the fact that dbus 1.8.14 made KDE
Plasma Workspace 5 regress (already fixed in KDE) - partial revert for
1.8? leave it how it is? - please comment on
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88812>. If nobody reviews
that change, I am inclined to say that the new behaviour is now
permanent and close it WONTFIX.

Regards,
