libdbus-1 and kdbus?

Hi all,

(I apologize if this isn't really the best place to ask this question --
please feel free to redirect me if that's the case.)

Is there a stance on whether libdbus-1 can (or will) be retrofit with an
additional transport backend for kdbus? At times I've read that somebody
from the Tizen project may already be working on this, but so far I don't
find anything in a branch of the main D-Bus Git repository.
