libdbus-1 and kdbus?

I am not opposed to it. I'd review patches if they are submitted; if
they're large and disruptive (which seems likely), it might take a while.
Regardless of whether an *implementation* of a kdbus transport is
submitted upstream, I'd also welcome work on documenting it in the D-Bus
specification: <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84188>.
This can come from anyone, not just the authors of kdbus (although I
won't merge spec text that I'm not sure is true, so reviews from kdbus
developers would probably be necessary).

So far, nobody from Tizen/Intel/Samsung has made any move to contribute
this work upstream.
I am not going to chase after branches in other repositories: partly
because I don't have time to do so, partly because I wouldn't know
whether/when they're considered "ready", and partly because when code is
specifically submitted to this project, it's much clearer that its
license is intended to be the same as (or at least compatible with) the
rest.
