I have now done this, so that the project won't get compromised if
someone breaks into an inactive former maintainer's gitlab account.
Former maintainers are still listed as members of the dbus group, but
they now have "Guest" status, which does not give them any special
privileges when compared with ordinary users of freedesktop.org Gitlab.
