I was not talking about the DBusMessage struct format defined over 10
years in https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/api/html/structDBusMessage.html.

My question was the values of the message, anyway I think the values
are filled in by the dbus Interface such as
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.
