Newest version missing on pipy

Hey dbus-python maintainers!

It seems like version 1.2.18 was released on 7/20/2021, but it is not visible on PyPI yet.
It was most likely forgotten.

Would someone mind publishing the current version to PyPI?
If not, what's the reason behind it?
