The community has to establish itself. If there are contributors with
something to contribute, go right ahead and contribute it.
I have already pointed out that your energies are probably most
fruitfully directed towards helping a project like Cygwin, which is
already so close to supporting most POSIX-style functionality, to
becoming even more functional and able to support the full D-Bus
protocol natively, rather than trying to butcher and mangle D-Bus to
make it easier to implement on native Windows.

Remember that you have to get people enthusiastic about wanting to
contribute. Because that’s how Open Source works. If you find the
existing D-Bus contributors unenthusiastic about your ideas, don’t
blame them.
