How to fully install, configure and start D-Bus system in a child namespace?

Thank you for the suggestion. The target HPC platform provides Singularity only; I have no choice but use it.

Can I suggest using a slightly higher-level container setup? Even LXC
(which I have used) should be simpler to manage than this.
