The German umlaut "ö" (HTML-Code: ö) is not rendered correctly on my Fedora
Core 5 system.

Here are some details

Tested font family: DejaVu Sans
DejaVu Sans Book, size 10 and Sans Mono Book size 10
TFT Display, 1280x1024, 96 ppi

xdpyinfo reports:
