IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD the two characters
U+0350 (COMBINING RIGHT ARROWHEAD ABOVE)
U+1DFE (COMBINING LEFT ARROWHEAD ABOVE)
to the existing fonts?

It would be very useful for exact reproduction
of some passages from the works
of Ferdinand de Saussure (a linguist).

P.S. I  know this is not a BUG
but I did not figure how to enter a REQUEST (sorry !)
