Your Description shows the character Á (U+00C1 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A WITH
ACUTE)
and not Ã (U+00C3 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER A WITH TILDE).

The character names in the UCS and Unicode follow the French for acute, grave,
tilde, diaeresis, etc.  I don’t know whether they have the same names in
Spanish.  

Is it possible that you are getting the wrong character from your input system
rather than the wrong glyph from the font?
