When I write ե (u+0565) and ւ (u+0582) characters, they are automatically
replaced by և (u+0587) ligature.

Expected Results:
There should be no automatic replacement. և (u+0587) must be an optional
ligature like the other armenian ligatures(u+FB13 to u+FB17).
