I've added the new glyphs to DejaVu, available tomorrow in the snapshots
http://dejavu.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ (with date 20081120).

I took the liberty to move the mtavruli glyphs in the private use area to
U+F400. Basically because that's not used as much as the U+E000 so if you are
using the direct PUA codepoints the chances to get different letters become
smaller.

We should have to add some opentype feature as well to do mkhedruli →
mtavruli, I'll investigate it once (basically it's choosing between the
smallcaps feature and the titling feature, or perhaps a stylistic set). But
that's for later.
