Awkward, because those glyphs all have the proper mark anchors so they do stack
instead of overlap, and over here in Linux with Gnome and KDE it works
properly. I have no idea what could be the problem here, other than all those
programs somehow discarding the opentype tables. But don't ask me why, I
thought XeTeX worked perfectly with those mark anchors...
