DejaVu Sans, Serif and Sans Mono in small font sizes (<=12) don't show
precomposed capital letters with obvious diacritics. For example, U+00C0 (À)
has a diacritic with a much shorter stroke than U+00E0 (à), and the direction
of this stroke is not obvious unless the reader looks closer.
