No, it's Times New Roman, but the 5.1 version bundled with Vista/7, not the
(free) one available for download at the Software Center. I'll make a pdf and
then upload it.
By the way, the reason why the current shape is unacceptable is simple: because
it's homoglyphic with U+04E8/U+04E9 CYRILLIC LETTER BARRED O. And since BARRED
O must stay BARRED - otherwise it wouldn't be barred :) - then FITA has got to
have a wavy bar.
