Summary: U+0161 (š / S with Caron) in Deja Vu Sans Bold &
Condensed Bold
Product: DejaVu
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Mac OS X (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: medium
Component: Sans
AssignedTo: dejavu-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: finlay.chalmers at gmail.com

Screenshot of the problem
The character shows up in the Bold typeface with the caron displaced compared
to the rest of the character. This is very annoying but isn't very 'severe'. I
haven't determined if it happens with any other characters, but it definitely
happens with this character and it is definitely the Deja Vu font only.
I have attached a screenshot for greater clarity. This is the character in
question (š) repeated twice, once in the plain Deja Vu Sans and once in the
bold Deja Vu Sans.
