Did you try restarting Firefox after you updating the font?
Firefox will show glyphs with the previous order unless you restart it.
For example if the font had the glyphs a, c and you update the font with a, b,
c, (adding b right after a, changing the index number of c) then Firefox will
show b instead of c.
