Screenshot of bold capital lambda and capital delta

DejaVu Sans Bold letters U+0394, U+039B, U+1D759 and U+1D760 have bad hinting,
resulting in the capital lambda and capital delta being distorted at larger
sizes.

Attached screenshot of Windows 7's rendering.

Freetype 2.5.3 will behave identically to Windows 7. Older Freetype versions
have a different distortion that also affects smaller sizes.
