In DejaVu Serif Condensed Italic 2.33, U+25D2 CIRCLE WITH LOWER HALF BLACK and
U+25D3 CIRCLE WITH UPPER HALF BLACK are swapped. I am using version 2.33
because that is the version in dejavu-fonts-ttf-2.37.tar.bz2. This is the same
as bug #55197.
