The glyph for laminal diacritic (Unicode: U+033B) has the shape almost
identical to the circle.

When the dotted circle (Unicode: U+25CC) combines with the laminal diacritic
(U+033B) or the voiceless diacritic (U+0325), they are stuck together. They
need to be separated.
