Any chance of fixing this? The patch is already there.

As for lowercase italic GE and GJE (г, ѓ) I will open another issue. For them
it is also acceptable to take the standard italic and just add the macron. No
need to cut italic SHA (ш). We will discuss that in a separate issue, this one
is more important.
