When the 'ВТБ Банк Москвы' is selected "Онлайн заявка" button redirects to the
'mobile-testing.ru/podbor_mikrozajmov_online/' instead of the 'ВТБ Банк Москвы'
site.

-- Steps for reproduce --

1. Go to http://mobile-testing.ru/sravnenie_kreditov_v_banke/
2. Click "Выберите кредит" dropdown list from the left side box--> "Альфабанк
Кредит наличными"
3. Click "Выберите кредит" dropdown list from the right side box--> "ВТБ Банк
Москвы Кредит наличными"
4. Click "Сравнить кредиты" button --> Two more bottom box are displayed
5. Click "Онлайн заявка" button of the right bottom box

--Actual Result--
New tab is opened. "Подбор микрозайма" page is displayed with
"http://mobile-testing.ru/podbor_mikrozajmov_online/" link.

--Expected result--
New tab is opened. "Заявка на кредит наличными" page is opened with
"https://anketa.vtb.ru/cards/request/#/0401/01/00/01/13" link.
