I don't think this is a good idea right since it will make Palimpsest
show all your loop and block devices... On my system this is 8 loop
devices and 16 ram devices - all of them completely useless.
The problem is that the loop and ram subsystems in Linux needs work -
the devices really needs to be created on demand instead of what is done
right now.
For now, I've made the DKD udev rules ignore loop and ram devices too.
Is there any specific reason you need this?
