I do not need to be taught what users do and do not understand.

Yes, and it was a real-life user who missed hybrid suspend from Windows
who requested that we add this functionality to pm-utils. I did, and
then found that g-p-m did not register the change. I do not want them to
have to run pm-suspend-hybrid from a command prompt whenever they want
to use hybrid suspend.
