TBH, I'm not sure where we should be uploading this to. I've been
using http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/DeviceKit-power/ but
this doesn't seem right. I see David uses
http://hal.freedesktop.org/docs/DeviceKit-disks, but this has the hal
prefix.

Should we get them both uploaded to http://devicekit.freedesktop.org/docs ?
