gnome-power-manager doesn't actually contain any code handling warning
or things like that. That code lives in gnome-settings-daemon now.

You should test against GNOME 3.6, or 3.7. We now have a test suite in
gnome-settings-daemon to avoid this problem reappearing in the future.
