atmel-hlcdc and zte missing from defconfigs

You can yourself: Change the configs, commit the change with a short note
in the drm-rerere branch, and then run dim rebuild-tip. I'd very much
appreciate if other people help out with keeping the build test configs up
to date for all the drivers.
