atmel-hlcdc and zte missing from defconfigs

Yup, those untracked files are normal. Pls don't add them, we
intentionally ignore, they're temporary files git rerere doesn't clean
up for reasons not really clear to me. In general, ignore anything in
the rr-cache directory, dim is taking care of that.
