[ANNOUNCE] pls upgrade dim

Hi all,

We (well Dave and me) are playing around with dim and hit a bug. Bug
is fixed, but to be able to continue experimenting you folks all need
to upgrade. If you don't, then the drm-tip rebuild step fails (in
fairly cryptic ways, because dim mixes up the remotes for branches).

dim might also ask you to add more remotes (after you've pulled the
latest bugfixes), so keep an eye out for that.
