How often are you looking for historical reviews in maintainer-tools?
You'll still have git log and git blame.

Presumably the only reason it's easier right now is b/c you've been
subbed to the list for a while and have a local record of all reviews.
If you didn't (ie: new contributors), you'd need to wade through m-l
archives to find the reviews, which involves web doodads anyways.
