I am Paul, a Debian Developer.  For Debian I head the Debian/Ruby Extras
team that maintains dozens of Ruby libraries and applications.

I am mainly here because I am curious (in general) and really want to
help coordinating and finding a solution for the problems that exist
cross distributions for the packaging Ruby libraries and applications.
