thumbnails specs

Hi people,

first question for the list: does anyone know where to find freedesktop
thumbnails specs? fd.o wiki
(http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications) links to
http://jens.triq.net/thumbnail-spec/index.html wich is 404.

If there's another copy somewhere, it'd be nice.
