I forgot to report that I have

00:00.0 Host bridge: ATI Technologies Inc RS690 Host Bridge
00:01.0 PCI bridge: ATI Technologies Inc RS690 PCI to PCI Bridge (Internal gfx)
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RS690 [Radeon X1200
Series]

But I found that the problem is with the r300_dri.so that gets installed. Two
different drivers are built, and if I manually replace the Gallium variant with
the other, Flash works again in fullscreen mode.
