An adapted test program, showing that it's not the wait for the swap events
that slows me down

This is a simplified version of the test program, which doesn't wait for
GLX_INTEL_swap_event responses, but queues buffer swaps as fast as possible -
output is substantially the same as with the original test program:


# ./swapbuffersnowaittest 
Screen is 1920x1200
Averaging 2.975610 frames per swap
Average swap interval 49.120903 ms
122 frames, 41 swaps
