i915: 2.6.36: Monitor incorrectly detects 1920x1199

I finally got some time to bisect this issue and found
	drm/i915/sdvo: Set sync polarity based on actual mode
causes the bug.

And, indeed, reverting 81a14b46846fea0741902e8d8dfcc6c6c78154c8 on or 2.6.38-rc8 makes my monitor detecting 1920x1200 again.

Please note, this patch is part of a 3-series together with:
	drm/i915/hdmi: Set sync polarity based on actual mode
	drm/i915/pch: Set transcoder sync polarity for DP based on actual mode

That's nothing. If you play it forwards, it installs NT.
