Strange, everything looks correct.  I'll dig into it.  Manually specifying the
crtc seems to work, e.g.,

xrandr --output HDMI-0 --mode 1920x1200 --crtc 1
xrandr --output HDMI-0 --mode 1920x1200 --crtc 0
