your distracted maintainer and -next

Hi all,

sorry been v. busy with travelling, jet lag, X.org, Fedora, and
completely fell off the -next tree.

So I've spent a few hours gathering stuff up and throwing them into
-next, I've pushed out
drm-next, drm-core-next branches the same as usual (both  the same commit).

I've merged most things I've found on the list, please take a look and
see what I missed,
I've pinged most unreviewed patches.

Big merges:
Daniel Vetter's kill with fire is all in there (Daniel please confirm
I got the right bits).
Christian's pull request for AMD docs + ring stuff

Issues:

Intel driver has a warning since the const mode handling stuff, I
thought we had patches
for that already in -next, but maybe a new one is needed or maybe its
really complicated to fix.

Jerome, there were a few misc patches from on the list, I wasn't 100%
sure of the status,
maybe repost any that are needed and coordinate with Christian.

Exynos guys: pull request for -next asap,
nouveau: talked to Ben, scared me.

I'm guessing the Linus window will open quite soon btw, which means
this one will close.
