after update today to enable 2dcolortling UVD show extreme corruption

OS: 
Gentoo

my PC:
GPU: 
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI Cape
Verde XT [Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition]

Mesa:
Git llvm-compiler Opencl
OpenGL vendor string: X.Org
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on AMD CAPE VERDE
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 9.2.0 (git-d0e9aaa)
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20

Dmesg:
clean of CS errors

VDPAU:
clean of CS or any errors on Mplayer2

LLVM:
3.3 svn same mesa day with r600 support

Kernel:
kernel a5gfd drm-next-3.10-wip

Fix: can't find any even disable colortiling and colortiling2D corruption
persist

Xorg:
Glamor Accel

if someone can direct me in how to debug VDPAU i could provide more helpful
information

additionally not related to this issue but persistant since im testing:

Mpeg1 is corrupted always
divx present minimal corruption
h264 + VC1 black screen[maybe 10bit]
WMV.X hang gpu
